1. You have to keep the piercing he already has -

ears...change to much so blah
you CAN give him new piercing though.

2. Any new hair styles are fine, you don't have to keep with the whole mohawk thing. (though he does like to have at least one abnormal colour in his hair)

3. You can give him new tattoos but you HAVE to keep his old ones also.
